2. Products and Services

Product Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our premium silk and textile products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

Availability: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. In the event of temporary unavailability of products already ordered, we will promptly inform the Customer by e-mail. You may then decide to wait for the restock or cancel the Order for a full refund.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Pricing: The prices of the products are indicated on the Website and are expressed in your local currency, VAT included. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.

Accuracy of Billing Information: The Customer is fully responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data entered for payment, invoicing, and shipping. We shall not be held responsible for any delay or lost package resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Customer.

Shipping: We ship globally using reliable and efficient couriers. Shipping timelines and costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full-cost return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Due to the hygienic nature of silk and skin-contact products, items must be strictly unwashed, unused, and in their original, intact packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless a manufacturing defect is identified. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
5. Intellectual Property
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, website imagery, or product designs without express written permission by ODAYA Home Ltd.
6. Limitation of Liability
