1. The 14-Day Return Window
You have the right to initiate a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this timeframe to request a return authorization.
2. Strict Hygiene & Condition Requirements
Because our products (silk pillowcases, sleep masks, textiles) come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin and hair, we must enforce strict health and hygiene standards.

To be accepted for a return, items MUST be strictly unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in their original, intact packaging with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of use, wear, washing, or if the packaging is damaged.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: The customer is entirely responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item to our facility in Bulgaria. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or if we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@dermisandsilk.com with photos of the issue. In these rare cases, Dermis & Silk will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
